简述OMC上“Switch for User Inactivity”参数的用途
This parameter is used to determine whether or not to enable UE inactivity function If it is open，radio network will release RRC link and UE get into RRC Idle state when the UE and network hasn’t interactive data after the User Inactivity Timer timeout.
